What’s more, small but irksome day to day tasks are rendered unnecessary.  For example lights are turned off, the heating is lowered and the Audio Visual Systems are turned off when no one is in a room.  External shutter/blinds are raised automatically in the event of strong winds in order to protect them.  The end client can define a level of automation which is virtually unlimited.
